The polyester/ether filter can be acquired in various PPI (pores/inch). The material is often used for filtrating dust, grease and coarser particles.

The lower the PPI, the more particles/air it lets through.

Commonly seen in vacuum cleaners, exhaust fans, and in general ventilation products.
