聚乙烯 POLYETHYLENE PE
聚乙烯簡(jiǎn)稱為PE，是一種熱塑性聚合物，有黑色和自然色兩種。PE是一種具有成本效益的材料，用于生產(chǎn)滑軌，滑梯，連接臂，間隔襯墊，電氣絕緣等。根據(jù)材料的用途，聚乙烯有許多不同的品質(zhì)等級(jí)。大多數(shù)PE塑料是抗沖擊的，保持低摩擦和電絕緣。已知的聚乙烯質(zhì)量和品牌有PE- ld、PE- hd、UHMW-PE和PE 1000。它們具有適合其用途的不同屬性。很高分子量的特質(zhì)具有非常低的摩擦，良好的磨料性能，耐紫外線和臭氧。我們的聚乙烯可以方便地進(jìn)行模切和水射流切割，用于平面間隔，連結(jié)或滑軌，并可以轉(zhuǎn)向3D形狀的解決方案。塑料通常因不環(huán)保而名聲不佳。我們的塑料材料不含鹵素，我們所有的PE材料都符合REACH和RoHS的要求，使我們的塑料材料成為環(huán)保塑料的選擇。
Polyethylene is shortened to PE and is a thermoplastic polymer which is available in a black- and a natural color. PE is a cost effective material for production of slide rails, slides, distances, spacers, electrical insulation and a lot more. There are many different qualities of polyethylene depending on the purpose of the material. Most PE plastics are impact resistant, retains low friction and are electrically insulating. Known qualities and brands of polyethylene are PE-LD, PE-HD, UHMW-PE and PE 1000. They hold different properties suited for their purpose. The UHMW quality excels with very low friction, good abrasive properties and is UV- and ozone resistant. Our polyethylene can with benefit be die-cut and waterjet cut for a flat spacer, distance, or slide rail and can be turned for 3D shaped solutions. Plastics in general have a bad reputation for being non environmentally friendly. Our plastic materials contain no halogens and all our PE materials lives up to the requirements of REACH and RoHS, which makes our plastic materials environmentally friendly plastic options.
