丁腈橡膠 NITRILE (NBR)
丁腈或NBR代表丁腈-丁二烯-橡膠。該材料特別適合耐受液壓油，機(jī)油和其他典型的工業(yè)油。
Nitrile or NBR stands for Nitrile-Butadiene-Rubber. The material is exceptionally good against hydraulic oils, motor oil and other oils typical for industry.
丁腈通常是作為一種片材的進(jìn)行加工。丁腈片通過模切和水射流切割生產(chǎn)密封、墊片、薄膜和密封條。
Nitrile is produced as a sheet material. The flat nitrile sheet is produced to die-cut and waterjet cut seals, gaskets, membranes and seal strips.

The raw material is also available as a ribbed rubber mat, for example in workbenches and shelves. Considering the resistance for oil and petroleum this material is suitable for workbenches at car-mechanics.

In difference to other, more cost-effective qualities of ribbed rubber materials, the NBR is more odorless and is better suited for shelves in stores compared to other rubbers.

The material may also be produced with a reinforcement inside the rubber sheet to increase durability and stability in the material. The Nitrile is then produced with a textile-inlay inside the sheet that limits the elasticity in the material.

Commonly seen products in molded and extruded NBR is O-rings, X-rings, hoses and extruded seal strips.
其他品質(zhì)的丁腈，如HNBR或水合-nbr，可以擁有更好的熱性能，峰值溫度高達(dá)165。HNBR比傳統(tǒng)的丁腈能承受更多的化學(xué)物質(zhì)，因此非常適合用于更惡劣的環(huán)境。
Other qualities of Nitrile, such as HNBR or Hydrated-NBR is that is retains better thermal properties with a peak temperature of up to 165°. HNBR can withstand more chemical substances than the traditional Nitrile and is therefore well suited in tougher environments.
在一些情況下，HNBR可以替代 FKM/FPM，因?yàn)槠渥鳛橐环N更有性價(jià)比的密封件材料。
HNBR can in some cases replace rubber-products in FKM/FPM for a more cost-effective gasket or seal.

Like other rubber qualities, the Nitrile may be obtained in many different shore-values which indicates the hardness of the material. The most common hardness we see is 65Sh.
