EPDM is a shortening of Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer. This is a gasketing material that retains its shape well for longer periods of time because of its good aging properties. The material is well suited for environments with extreme weather outside-conditions.

EPDM rubber is a UV-stabilized material which makes the material very ozone-resistant.
